Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, materially different from the product description, or affected by a fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your request.
Please note: our 180-day limited warranty does not extend the 30-day return and refund period.

Items may be eligible for return or refund if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item is materially different from the product description
- The item is affected by a fulfillment error
Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds
Items are not eligible for return or refund if:
- The item has been intentionally damaged, altered, misused, or improperly handled
- The return is requested due to change of mind, personal preference, or no longer needing the item
- The order fails to arrive due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery
We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria above.
180-Day Limited Warranty
All Elevated™ products come with a 180-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers eligible product defects, functional issues, or quality problems that occur under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
- Personal preference, change of mind, or no longer needing the item
- Issues caused by failure to follow product instructions
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us at support@elevatedparts.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem.
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- Replacement part
- Replacement product
- Repair guidance
- Another suitable solution
The 180-day warranty is intended to cover eligible quality or functional issues. It does not provide a right to return the product for a refund after the 30-day return period has ended.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Request
To request a return, refund, or warranty support, please contact our support team at:
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Once we review your request, we will notify you whether your return, refund, or warranty request has been approved.
In some cases, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A replacement part
- A refund without requiring a return
- A return with prepaid return instructions, if inspection is required
For confirmed defective, damaged, or fulfillment-error items, Elevated™ will cover the return shipping cost where a return is required.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after approval, or after the returned item is received and inspected where applicable.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation & Modification Policy
- Order modification requests, including shipping address changes, must be submitted within 8 hours of purchase
- Cancellation requests submitted after an order is placed may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative costs
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified
Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval. Requests are handled based on the order status at the time we receive them.
